Dash and Linda just wanted a quiet weekend in a cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains: no phones, no neighbors, nobody for miles. Then Linda found an old record in the closet and put it on. Whatever was on that record is awake now, and it wants in.

Dead Cabin is a campy first-person horror game you play right in your browser. Shove whatever comes at you, grab whatever the cabin gives you, stagger it and finish it with a heavy blow. Every encounter you survive leaves its mark on the cabin, and the place gets a little less like a cabin each time.

How to play

You are Dash. The night plays out as a prologue followed by a string of encounters in and around the cabin. Follow the objective at the top of the screen and try to stay alive.

Chapters and replays

Every chapter you reach unlocks in the Chapters menu, so you can jump back in at its start any time. Play the whole night from the beginning and the title screen keeps your best time. Progress is saved on your device.

Before you play

Headphones recommended. Keep the lights on. The dialogue is voiced and subtitled. On phones and tablets the game shows touch controls and is best played in landscape.
